• Exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defects or if the wrong product was sent.

  • Customers must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.

  • Once the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • We do not exchange products due to a change of mind after the legal period.
