Exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defects or if the wrong product was sent.

Customers must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.

Once the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

We do not exchange products due to a change of mind after the legal period.
Example:
If you ordered a beige cushion cover but received the wrong colour, we will replace it free of charge.
